Effective Date: January 1, 20251. Appointment Booking
All appointment bookings, modifications, or inquiries must be made directly through our official WhatsApp channel (+91 81000 45899). Cancellations or requests to reschedule appointments must be communicated at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled slot.
2. Service Delivery
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or health risks. Styling and care results may vary based on individual hair type, texture, skin condition, and post-service care routines.
3. Hair Patch Services
Our hair patch and non-surgical hair replacement services provide aesthetic improvements. Individual adaptation timelines and adhesive durability depend on factors such as scalp chemistry, perspiration rate, and maintenance practices. Maintenance sessions (rebonding or adjustments) are recommended periodically. Clients must disclose any pre-existing scalp disorders, severe skin conditions, or active treatments before application.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service at our physical salon center. We accept cash and UPI/digital transfers. All completed services and custom hair patch fittings are non-refundable.
5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
Clients must disclose any known skin allergies, sensitivities, or active reactions before receiving chemical hair treatments, colors, or facial procedures. While we use high-grade, dermatologically tested materials, Arsalan Salon & Hair Patch Center is not liable for allergic reactions, dermatitis, or skin discomfort if medical histories or sensitivities were not disclosed.

The content, structure, and text on this website are for informational and promotional purposes only. No financial transactions, commercial bookings, or data storage of payment metrics occur directly on this site.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, copy, layout graphics, code, and images displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Arsalan Salon & Hair Patch Center, unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any legal disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Howrah and Kolkata.
